HARP Project

The 29th International Papillomavirus Conference (HPV 2014) was held in Seattle between 20th and 25th August. It was a good occasion to show case the work of HARP “against the backdrop of Seattle’s vibrant and diverse HPV research community”.

Two HARP posters were presented at this conference:

1. High-risk HPV incidence, persistence and clearance in HIV-positive African women and associations with histological lesions (lead author: Helen Kelly)

2. Cost and cost-effectiveness of cervical cancer screening strategies in HIV-positive women attending HIV clinics in sub-saharan Africa: The HARP study (lead author: Angela Devine)
